Just added to our inventory this year!
You have stumbled onto the absolute hidden gem of our inventory.
This isn't just another rental—this is the Owner's Edition, previously occupied by the last two owners of Timber Bay.
Here is why you need to book this one before the secret gets out:
You Get the "Owner’s Perks": This was the private residence of the resort owners. That means you aren't getting standard rental grade; you are getting the top-notch appliances, premium finishes, and high-end amenities they chose for themselves. It’s the difference between renting a car and borrowing the boss's personal truck.
The Prime Spot: This cabin plants you literally at the center of the resort. You are right in the middle of the action—perfect if you have kids running to the trading post or if you just want to be the central hub for your group.
Fresh on the Market: We only just added this to our rental inventory this year. That means it hasn't seen years of rental traffic. You’re getting a space that feels fresh, exclusive, and barely touched by the public.
Space for the Whole Tribe: Just like our other Private Lodges, this place is a beast. It sleeps 16 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 bathrooms. But because it was a primary residence, the flow is designed for real living, not just sleeping.
Some Sage Advice: Since this is a new listing with "Owner's Residence" status, it is going to be the most requested cabin once people realize it's available. If you want the best appliances and the best location on the property, Hefty Logger is the one.

Generally speaking, Traditional Cabins required 400-500 down to hold your dates. The Contemporary Cabins require $1,000.
Generally speaking, for Spring, Summer, and Fall Bookings, we will require an additional 50% down to ‘lock’ your reservation in March.
This amount can be insured so that it is refundable. Otherwise, cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
The balance of your bill will not be due until check-out and may include incidentals incurred during your stay.

For all cabins, check-in is generally 3:00p or later on your day of arrival. If flexible timing is needed just let us know and we’ll see what we can work out based on other constraints related to your booking.
Check-out is typically 10:00a or earlier on your day of departure. Again, if you might need flexibility on this timing, just let us know and we’ll see what we can work out for you!

Yes. Please let us know a bit about your furry friend before arrival. We do need to charge for them just like we do additional guests. We can cover that during booking or during check-in.

During peak season (June 22 through Aug 15) some cabins are restricted to Saturday to Saturday bookings. This is largely in deference to generations of families who have booked ‘their week’ year over year. We love these traditions are want to protect them as best we can.
Outside of peak season, cabin bookings are entirely flexible (some minimums may apply on some cabins).
