Private Lodges at Timber Bay
The Great Indoors Meets the Great Outdoors.
Sometimes, "getting away from it all" doesn't mean leaving modern comfort behind. Our Private Lodges represent the newest evolution of the Timber Bay experience. Tucked away from the bustle of the main harbor, these spacious retreats feature cathedral ceilings, modern "chef-ready" kitchens, air conditioning, and extensive square footage.
These aren't just cabins; they are Reunion Headquarters. Designed for multi-generational families and large groups, they offer the privacy of a standalone home with full access to the resort’s amenities. Whether you are hosting a Thanksgiving feast or a summer fish fry, these lodges provide the "Great Room" gathering space your family needs to be together, without stepping over each other.
The "Hybrid" Strategy
Planning something big? These lodges are designed to serve as the "Mothership." Many groups book a Private Lodge for the grandparents and communal meals, then add a Houseboat or a nearby Vintage Cabin for the adventurous cousins. It’s the perfect way to keep the family connected while giving everyone the sleeping experience they prefer.
Change of Plans?
We want to see you on the dock. But if you can't make it, we want you to be whole so you can come back when the timing is right. Please review our cancelation policy and protection options carefully before finalizing your booking.

Yes. Please let us know a bit about your furry friend before arrival. We do need to charge for them just like we do additional guests. We can cover that during booking or during check-in.

During peak season (June 22 through Aug 15) some cabins are restricted to Saturday to Saturday bookings. This is largely in deference to generations of families who have booked ‘their week’ year over year. We love these traditions are want to protect them as best we can.
Outside of peak season, cabin bookings are entirely flexible (some minimums may apply on some cabins).
